Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers habitually resident in the European Union. For Swiss customers, the voluntary return policy in section 7 of our Terms applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Celluro Sales OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, e-mail: mrbhealthproducts@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your communication before the withdrawal period has expired is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery — in particular opened cosmetic products.
