Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-08-21
1. Scope
These terms apply to consumer orders placed via liora-skincare.com with Celluro Sales OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (“we”). Contract languages: German and English.
2. Conclusion of contract
Product listings are not binding offers. By clicking the order button in the checkout you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we accept your order by order confirmation e-mail. Checkout is technically operated by Shopify; input errors can be corrected there before submitting the order.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices including applicable VAT, plus shipping. The unit price per 100 ml is displayed next to the total price. Free standard shipping from 2 bottles, free express shipping from 3 bottles; single bottles ship at the standard rate shown in checkout. The price shown at the time of ordering in your selected currency (CHF or EUR) applies.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain. Standard: 4–7 business days; express: 2–3 business days from receipt of payment. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties may apply unless already shown at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout (e.g. TWINT, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay).
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers habitually resident in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form and exceptions (in particular unsealed cosmetics) are set out in the withdrawal policy.
7. Voluntary return policy (Swiss customers)
Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We voluntarily grant a 14-day return right from receipt for unopened, originally sealed goods. Return shipping is at your cost.
8. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights of your country of habitual residence apply — in particular the two-year statutory warranty for EU consumers, and the Swiss Code of Obligations for Swiss customers.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. product liability) remains unaffected.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. ▲ For consumers in France, the designation of a médiateur de la consommation is legally required and will be added.
12. Governing law
Estonian law applies, excluding the CISG. This choice of law does not deprive you as a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
